In preparation for an upcoming system upgrade, the client engaged Optimus to perform a comprehensive Business Process Review (BPR) of its bulk trading operations.

  • Address disparate processes across departments and individuals, which had evolved without standardization.
  • Identify how teams were interacting with the RightAngle system to inform more accurate testing and upgrades.
